If you don't draw blood, you're doing it wrong!
Finally ordered a IWB case for my XDm...I've needed one for a while, I get sick of carrying my gat in my crotch like a true gangsta....

Kidding of course, but I was sold on a Milt Sparks case but I could not justify (or afford) the $100+ they cost. Crossbreed SuperTuck was next in-line but $70+ and a long wait time wasn't too appealing. Teh cheaper brands did not look like good quality to me.

Saw a banner for Alien Gear while browsing Armslist and actually clicked on it

Seriously nice looking holsters for under $40!!! Model specific and from what I've read they have garnered a lot of good reviews. Seem to be great quality and pretty versatile despite the low cost. 30-Day Buy-Back Guarantee, Free Trade-In (if you purchase a different handgun), Lifetime Warranty on all parts (incl. clips/hardware), swappable shells for different models. Cheesy name, but who cares :alien:

I will post up when I get it :D

Bought a S&W M&P 9C at lunch today, along with an Apex carry kit to put in it and a bladetech IWB holster for it.

I have this holster for my shield .40. I love it. It takes a few days to get used to it though, but once you do it's great IMO

+1 for aliengear holster here also. I love mine with my xd .45. I'm on the slender side of body build and even with the xd it conceals very well with the holster.

Knocked off more of my parts list for my 7.62*39 Ar pistol build
    - psa stripped upper, dust cover kit, forward assist kit
    - AP customs 9" carbon fiber free float rail
    -Core15 enhanced barrel nut
-yhm gas block and seekins pistol length gas tube
    - Redxarms 7.5" stainless 7.62*39 barrel and 7.62 bolt with enhanced firing pin
    - upper vise block
    - spam can of 7.62*54r , 440 rounds

Anyone head to the CMP Eastern games over the weekend?
It was good to see all the old guns on the line shooting.
About anything could be found from M1's, to Nagants, Sweeds, Swiss, Enfields,, 1917, M1A's and even some AR's on the range Sat.
They had several good deals on ammo and guns out there also.
Found two real nice M1 Springfields and one HRA M1 5.6 mil 1955 with LMR barrel. One of the Springfields was a 260,000 SN. making it an early gun 6-41. Most all the parts were Springfield, 46 date barrel.
The other Springfield 2.5 mill 1-44 with 8-46 barrel had a real nice HRA trigger group, now I need to find a Springfield trigger group to correct it.
Funny most the guns I looked at had tractor op rods.... IHC
Also picked up some cans of ammo.
They had the CMP Special that looked like a new gun, boy was that thing nice, looked like it would have if it rolled off the line in the 40's.
The M1D's were really clean and had some good markings on them. may need to build up another D if I can find the scope.
Some I got and started cleaning up
The 260K SA post war rebuild with SA stamps.

And last night got the last cleaning on the other two M1's. A Real nice HRA I put the CMP wood on in the back and then a War time SA with a post war rebuild. Had the P proof and S stamp.

I have several Crossbreeds and a Kingtuck. This is interesting. The CBs are great. The KT started to split on the Kydex. Still usable but I was not impressed. Otherwise it's decent.

They are great. And priced low. Takes a few weeks to get them, but worth the wait.

The one thing I don't like about Alien Gear holsters (and the reason I didn't choose them for my shield iwb holster) is that the gun isn't fully "wrapped" by the kydex. It's a shallow half cover than spacers are used to get it to fit the gun how you want it.

Picked up a New Frontier Armory AR poly lower today. I know how some feel about poly lowers, but it has a lifetime warranty! Picking up a BCG in the next couple of weeks and then my build will be complete.

Good to know, thanks for the positive reviews guys. They are located in ID, so I hope it doesn't take too long to ship to my house in WA. It is rumored that AG is either owned or partnered with Old Faithful holsters, and they do have some striking similarities.
