    No clue haha Just know that's what it's there for.

    You could just take the ISR off and put a pvc cap over it.

    Still, probably not worth it though unless you just want noise.
    Haha when I saw ISR, I was thinking that somebody was using a Tacoma equipped with night vision or something. Intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance is the first thing that comes to mind...

    Just feels like too much of a niche market.

    I wouldn't feel comfortable taking that thing on anything more then what a nearly stock truck can go on just because of how tall it is...
