    Should negative from block go to battery terminal or frame? I've read different things

    I understand, but don't know what'd you use for such large wire

    You can go either way. The negative cable (from the battery) goes to the frame, so the frame is a good ground, and is used as such all over the vehicle. You can also go strait to the battery terminal itself. It really doesn't matter.

    I have never worked with Lexan before, what is the best way to "bend" it to shape? Clamp and a heat gun?

    Clamps, wood, vise, heat gun... Your intentions are to heat the area you are trying to bend, NOT the entire piece. There are many ways to achieve the same result, however if you heat the entire piece to could end up warping or doing something you didn't intend.

    I finally got around to doing this mod, thank you to everyone for ideas and suggestions. After considering what I wanted and had to work with I chose lexan as my base tray, a Blue Sea 6 slot fuse block, a 100A circuit breaker from Autozone and went to work. The hardest time I had was deciding on shape and design. I made sure to leave room for my PIAA relays and a 100A fuse for later when I install my audio system. Anyhow. here it is. I'm open to questions or positive comments. Thanks again OP

    Put some conduit (split loom) on that battery cable. Trust me it makes a difference and its super cheap. $3 bucks is a good insurance policy for that setup
