so got back from a trip out to moab...went out during Cruise Moab...didn't do any of the organized runs, but kayla and i took the opportunity to explore some areas that we have been wanting to see for a while...

took yellow cat into the back side of arches
    B1F8B1EC-8DD7-4B53-961F-65885CEBC88F_zps_95c75457771e27e73fb24901a2fa4ed17367f392.jpg

hiked around back there a bit and saw some really cool terrain and a different view of arches nat park...

connected to dome plateau and saw the site in that area
    54B1B480-2681-491B-8522-782504D070A8_zps_a6668edaddbda850ae154ab20e718fc1b8e279aa.jpg

after wandering through dome plateau, we shot across the street to dewey bridge and went up to top of the world
    8797EEF3-4853-4C0D-837F-3F8FC8C00DC9_zps_711087c0d283e55bca721b36b1a97f43af62b7ed.jpg

the plan was to camp up top, but the winds were brutal and 45* at 5-6pm, so we went down a bit to get away from the wind and get a bit warmer

i must say, i am constantly impressed by the Cooper STTs...this is at 18psi...great flex and didn't have to air down too much

(still f'n love these FN 5-stars  )

so next day went continued down the hill

and took the optional route on kokopelli down through the canyon (holy hill climb to get out  )

we then continued our way along and head down rose garden hill (wow!), over to thompson canyon and made our way up to fisher point overlook

found some of these along the way

then finished our trip INTO moab by hoping on porcupine rim to complete our views of castle and fisher valleys
