    If you have a radio shack near by you can pick up an SWR Meter and a 2 ft coax cable and tune it yourself. Its about $60 for the equipment but you can be sure to keep it in tune once its there. It also helps if you have a tunable antenna, otherwise you have to cut the antenna to tune it.

    sorry, what i meant by tune it was increase the distance from i think 3 ohm to 5 ohm, if i remmeber correctly, iwill look for more info if that is not the right verbiage

    There are amplifiers you can buy that will increase the wattage you can broadcast which will get your signal out further. I have the same CB oakley has (cobra 75) and unfortunately there was no way I found to install an amplifier. :(
