    That's cheating to add the weight...because it's not combined. Put 300 on a bench and we'll talk. Not doubting that you can just saying you can't say Oh I db press this so...I can bench this. Science doesn't work that way ;) In fact, I bet you can bench more than 300...

    BB I'm sure I can hit more than 300, like you said...not being cocky, just going off what I know..I think DB is more of a test of true strength as you have less assistance from the other arm/pec to raise the weight up....I think my max a couple years back on BB flat was close to 365...I stopped doing heavy flat BB work b/c of shoulder issues I was developing.

    How's ur bench work coming along?

    Everytime I sub a bb chest workout with dumbbells, I'm much more sore. I like how it helps with balance and muscle control, as well: you've gotta work to keep from busting your face, as well as keeping where it's supposed to be, specially. Dumbbells don't impress the bishes, though

    You'd be surprised the mirin they do...obviously anything in the doubles isn't eye catching, but when u are in the triples, they be mirin...

    So I did this yesterday about 5 minutes into the run. Just shaved a little off the top, drained quite a bit of blood. Hopefully it wont hold me too far back on my workout today.

    I've never tried triple-digit dumbbells, but 100's shouldn't be a problem (I hope). Chest tomorrow, so I'm trying it. Hope I don't break my face
