Blum under mount soft close slides. Hinges are going to be hand made wrought iron mortised into the bead and surfaced mounted on the door. Not my style but that's what the architect wants. I'll get some photos when they're hanging. Could be weeks though. Starting on the butlers pantry in the meantime.

Yes this is for residential. Won't fit in my house though!

No I don't work for Woodmeister. Too big of a company for my liking. I work in a 3 man shop in Gardner.

I'm a hack when it comes to woodworking. I prefer aluminum and rivets. Managed to build a 10 foot table though. Sealed it the best I could and even used a little spray-on bedliner on the bottom 4 inches of legs.

Lol, that was our little touch so anyone who sees it knows it is custom

Yep, me and my buddy did the install. It was a pain, the house is built on a slab so there is soffits everywhere. I am really happy with how it is coming out. Just waiting on the granite for the lower section of the island so we can finish the tile backsplash.

Emmet's good stuff. The countertops already have one coat, we sealed all sides and edges last night. We are doing two more coats in place. Super easy to apply and FDA approved for food prep.

Some bad scans of bad photos from a $15,000,000 remodel around 02 for one of the founders of AOL. He was a little eccentric to say the least. There were 7 bars in the house including one in the barber shop. The "garage" was sized for 50 cars and was completely underground. He bought the Frank Lloyd Wright home next door just so he could control who lived there.
When the job was finished he decided he didn't like it and moved somewhere else.
I did the CNC machining and most of the straight cutting. Nearly the entire place was Sapele Mahogany outside of odd bits like book matched Walnut Burl panels in the 5 story elevator. Talk about a dark ass cave.

Curved library and curved library bar.

Barber shop/salon bar. The walls of this room contained ceramic composite bullet proof panels  but had no other security features to make it a "safe" room.

Sorry about the huge pictures, we've had numerous salesmen take them over the past few years. Definitely big money in this business.

Are the trusses hand work or CNC ?

Anything over 13' in length is all handwork. Limitations on the CnC at that point. We have a pretty handy band saw that makes some of that truss/beam work a lot easier.

The majority of the work in the shop touches the CnC at some point though.
