Didn't he eventually cause another wreck anyways?

I must have missed that part of her in-car. They didn't mention it in the replay either. DW may not be the best in the world, but he does know what he is talking about. He was a dang good driver. Just my thoughts.

Yep. He actually was the culprit in "the big one" for lack of a better term. He was not liked at all yesterday.

Do any of the regulars here want to start a late season pool? What I was thinking was we can get 10 people, I will randomly draw a number (0-9) for each person and list your number each week. So for example, I get number 2. That means cars that qualify in positions 2, 12, 22, 32, 42 Would be my drivers for the week and if one of those cars win, I win the pool. We can do whatever dollar amount you want, I prefer a $2-$5 dollar entry for a $20-$50 dollar pool. I think it would be fun and bring more interest to the thread, but I don't think we could get 10 regulars, so if there is interest in a pool we might have to do it another way. Everyone would need to have paypal also.

Ok, well I'll start a list, we can do this each week to determine everything. So right now it is: (need 8 more!)

Kyle Busch was issued a speeding citation after being caught speeding in Denver, North Carolina.
According to the police report, the Joe Gibbs Racing driver was going 60mph in a 45mph zone at around 7:45pm on April 29th. Busch apparently thought that the speed limit was 55mph.
The police report also made mention that Busch had a “disrespectful attitude.”
This hasn’t been Kyle’s first run-in with the law when it comes to driving. In 2006, he was ticketed for reckless driving while driving out of a gas station in Richmond, Virginia.
In 2011, he was also cited for reckless driving in Iredell County, when he was going 128mph in a 45mph zone.
Busch and Joe Gibbs Racing have yet to comment on the most recent speeding incident.

Not surprised at all. In his mind he thinks he is too important to follow the law.

I guess I can go in for the poll. We used to do that, but with qualifying position instead of car number. Car number works I think just as well, assuming we have an equal number of cars.

I actually like qualifying position better than car number. Gives equal odds.

To be fair, like we did before, you have to eliminate cars that qualify 41,42, and 43. Otherwise those who draw 1,2 or 3 get an extra chance to win. If the car that qualified 41,42 or 43 wins, then pot rolls over to next month. Seems complicated at first, but easy really.

Something to do with weight of the car.

Truex Jr. Had ineligible qualifying time for ride height but no fines.

Thanks Bsheriff! She did good for sure! I liked watching that restart from caution a while back. 11....10...9...8...7.. all the way up to 3rd! She was PASSING some good drivers. They weren't letting her go by either, you could see she pulled some good lines and drove it like she stole it. I am quite happy for her. Especially on this type of track because so far the mid-sized tracks has been her weakest spots. I'm happy for her for sure.
