    No. Last year we tried selling the house in a bad market, and tried buying a house all at the same time. Lost the other house due to ours not selling in time and a little bit of money. Better market now, so house went up for sale Sunday morning. 6 hours later, sold. Just have to get through home inspection, which I have no worries about.

    So this time we waited to look for a house so as not to lose another one we really liked.
