Bought some nylon nuts at lowes but you can find them at any hardware store. I'm recommend the grade 8 or better. I didn't like the fact the deformed locknuts were a pain to screw on. I thought they were stripping the threads so I just went and bought my own nylon nuts. But you can just use lock washers and that will do the same thing and probably cheaper IMO.

I thought about lock washers, but then considered the fact that the end links don't have much torque applied, which means that the lock washer may not be able to sufficiently "bite" both surfaces.

I have the hellwig-7731 and a 1.5 lift, It works great ... when I order mine there were two different model numbers, one was for 0-2" rear lift (7731) and 2-4" rear lift is the 8778 model ...
I carry over 400 pounds in bed and it was causing to much body roll in the turns ...
My 7731 is adjustable which I have it set in the mid hole ...
    Hope this helps ...

I wouldn't worry too much about grade 8 hardware. I have a Tundra Racing sway bar (uses an OEM XRunner 1 1/8 diameter bar). It came with grade 5 hardware. I called Oregon Spring, a local leaf and coil spring manufacturer, and spoke with an engineer. He told me they don't use grade 8 on any u bolts under 5/8 inch. All automotive applications below that use grade 5.
