    Here are the scar pics. I can get some better pics this week of the bumper now removed if he is interested. Im going to tape it and use a level on the mounting plates to see if there are any abnormalities from the accident.

    If may have to be resurfaced. I don't think the original owner (no names :p) used primer when it was coated originally (spray on bed liner). Ive since sanded and recoated a few spots that started to rust and used primer.
