Self Leveling Concrete is your answer.... do it by the bag or you can have it delivered and poured out of a truck.

My garage floor isn't level. I checked and rechecked different areas of the truck and shimmed where it was needed and rechecked some more until literally everything was looking perfectly level.

Aren't the slabs in garages supposed to be sloped?

    Most garages are yes.

    Shops aren't.

Well some will have it slopped t the center or a big oil drainage.

All depends on the needs and setup.

My entire house is sloped... in weird ways.

I'm kind of glad the garage floor slopes away from my house in two directions but it makes it damn near impossible to build anything level on it.

Either build a table with adjustable feet or a platform. Depending on what you're doing I beams work well.

One of the problems we run into on every' I mean every install is nothing is ever square, level, or plumb.

    Check Out My Builds
Went to get an alignment yesterday, told me both my lower ball joints and driver side inner tie rod were shot.

Quoted me $685 for everything plus alignment.

Is there any way to check the validity of this?
And could I replace these at home (being somewhat mechanically inclined)?

lower ball joints are super easy. I know outer tie rods are easy as well. not sure on inners though. I'd go for it at home though and save the money!

    never assume.

I specialize in hydro blasting, high velocity oil flushes, and turbine / generator system cleaning. I'm currently driving a 26 foot flat bed to Sioux City Iowa from Mobile, AL to do a system flush on a 500 mega watt GE unit.
