You could add a scoop under the light bar to move the cut off out further.

And... I kept my rack and the actuator off my Toyota so that I could mount it on the ford eventually. My biggest issue is do I widen it to run 5 or 6 of them. I have 4 black Hella 4000's converted to HID and I have two of the real red ring hella 4000 hid's also laying around to use. My F150 will not have any LED's. I do like the 50" on my expo though, it's not fast enough to need more. Like someone said, it's great for trails. The TPF yota, with the combo of HID and LED it's pretty nice. Wouldn't want the LED's alone though! Also, MAJOR difference in light output on the ground between that 50" mounted above the windshield on the TPF truck vs on my bumper of the exploder. Exact same lights but the amount of light on the ground is pretty drastically different because of the mounting location differences.

Yes, they do have the nylatron bushings installed. They are a pita to install, but if you put them in the freezer for a while and use a press they pop right in. Or did you mean you are having trouble getting the arms installed on the truck? If the latter, just put your stock screw jack between the arms and crank on it a little. They will spread out enough to slide right on.

The funny part is... I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT YOU DRIVE! You may have a friggen KOH Ultra 4 car for all I know or a TT... The mall comment had NOTHING to do with you or anyone in particular. I just found your comment funny and replied. Trust me, no panties are bunched up here. I've got enough toys in the driveway to keep my happy but find a lot of comments online really comical so it adds to the fun of my day to chime in on occasion. Sorry you felt so hurt that I zoned in on your comment and quoted it. Feel free to talk shit on the rest of the truck, dgaf, it's ours, not yours... We're happy with our "down syndrome mushroom head" setup, if only it had a better rear axle right now. I forget that people on this forum seem to have very sensitive feelings.

question, Do the LED reflectors aim straight forward or follow the radius making it more a flood light and only the few center ones aiming straight forward?

Lowers don't have washers. The uppers do. Something isn't right there...if it was me, I'd send those pics to TC and give them a call.

I don't really think that led-bars mounted on the roof looks good on anything.

I'm an old school HID light rack kind of guy.

If anything the 50" looks better because it contour's and matches the size of the roof. The 40" looks a bit too short.

I was just talking to my tech's about it, It's pretty commong with TC and Camburg. We just had the same issue on a Camburg kit for a chevy. The Lower Arm mount's are not the strongest and 1 over torque job and the bend in pretty bad. There are times we also have to trim the bushings and inner sleeve. It varies truck to truck though. Titan Upper arms are bad about it as well.

My Camburg arms didn't fit 100% either. Had to add like 5 or 6 washers to one side. My subframe was bent though.
