I'm forklift certified, so I guess that's what your talkin about. The failures I know of cause OSHA has sent them a complaint before and they are back to disobeying again are. Forklift reverse alarm is disconnected, horn doesn't work, warning beacon doesn't work, leaks hydraulic oil everywhere and has air in lines cause of bad ram, uncertified operators using forklift, chlorine containers are being sold without proper warning labels. These are just what I know of from a past memo that they him from OSHA. I guess someone else complained before

Okay so they really need to get a lot of work done to that forklift. Yeah they won't be able to hide much of that so they will get busted for sure especially since this is after the original warning.

Oh yeah the forklift is a disaster. I've told the owner about all the probs with it an he doesn't care. It blew a side shift line so there is no side shift cause he refuses to fix it, and it really sucks trying to move stuff in tight places. It's leaked a bunch of oil out the that hose, so now there's air in the lines. And the center main ram has completely blown, it leaks everywhere and leaks down with a load on it. It's just unsafe

So I'm debating on whether or not to get an LED bar sometime this summer. I know how I could mount it and everything I just don't know if a cheaper one is worth the money they cost?

I wouldn't buy a cheap one, save up and buy the better stuff when it comes to lights. I've learned the hard way :p

From what ive read on here, LED bars are great for close range fill lighting, HID's are the kings of long distance, and halogen is somewhere in the middle. most of the cheaper bars seem to be good, i personally like the ones from http://digidiodes.com/index.html, and people on here seem to like them....

On a side note, Rigid industries is not worth the money IMO. all the LED bars are the same for the most part, all the components are made in china, even Rigid's stuff, the only difference between the bars is who puts the together, rigid does it here and charges too much, other places have china put them together. the only real difference is the price.

Yeah I have looked at Rigid and they are very expensive and that's why I was asking if the cheaper ones are worth it. I couldn't see myself justifiying a $500 plus dollar light for my truck. I wouldn't mind some close together light fill and that's why I was looking towards LEDs. I just wish I could see some in person because the pictures are never truly as bright IMO. I'll definently have to check out those lights right now thanks!

Mine are bright haha. I want a 40" above my windshield. I think I good setup would be light bar on top, 2 of my led spots as ditch lights, and then a couple HIDs on the bumper

see if you can find someone around you with an LED Bar, they're all the same so the light output will be the same regardless of the brand.

Not entirely true. Depends on the type of LED chips that are used. The CREE LEDs are the best I've heard. And while the cheaper ones do come from china, they do use different chips

That would be sweet! They are just crazy expensive. Some people convert hella 500 to HID and I might do that sometime. Are you going to do ditch lights?
