    its literally one bolt (with a cute plastic cover i removed and discarded) that you unbolt from the door frame

    Ya. Put the door plugs back in the hole in the side of the cab, put the pins back in and bolt the door stopper back and you're done.

    When I swap the bolts for pins it will take like 2 minutes per side.

    Since the door bushings got destroyed I'm going to look into welding a washer on the hinge to help align it better
