Ya he told me about the evo meet. How did that turn out?

 

FAAAAAAAAACK!!! Dude, so I get an email from one of our HR people this morning...it was a meeting request only titled "Discussion" and nothing more. So I'm sitting here at my desk freaking out wondering what it could be about. Turns out I'm not the only one who got it. I'm thinking what happened was my boss got a complaint about her and they're following up with everyone in the dept. Meeting still hasn't happened yet but based on the environment here the last few weeks, I'm thinking that's it. But still a butt-clencher nonetheless when you get a cryptic meeting request from HR.

sorry...just had to get that out....carry on talking about trucks and stuff.

 

corporate gigs with hr emails..... I know nothing of this.... Congrats on not getting fired? I think.....

 

only time will tell...I'll find out at 12:45 whether it's about me or not.

Thanks man. I'm hoping the same thing. Since I'm not the only one who got this...I'm pretty sure it's not about me.

 

hahaha, it makes me think is it cause I spend all day on TW? and now 4runners.com....or is it from when I'm reading the news and I see an article about top 10 things not to put on your resume and it redirects me to Monster.com and now they think I'm spending my work time looking for another job? All these thoughts went racing through my head thinking "what could it be?"...

not that I know of...but then I probably wouldn't know until it was too late anyway. But I've been told by a friend in senior management that they only look at that if they have a reason to believe you're doing something you shouldn't be...but then again, they'll do whatever the fuck they want anyway, regardless of "policy".

but it was about my boss...I tried to play Switzerland about the whole thing. While I understand the complaint, she's an awesome boss and I love the freedom I have now working with her...but I really have a feeling she's not going to win this battle.
