They're on the front of Tony's truck right now and I had to shim my stands a bit to fight this crappy floor. Glad I'm upgrading shops soon

Just placed another Camelback order. Mostly a bunch of gaskets and seals for the upcoming flywheel replacement. Might as well re-do the input and output seals while I have the transmission down.

Well I tried to see if the wheels had any play but they didn't. Not sure if my springs were to stiff to take pressure off of ball joint...

Here are the passenger lower ball joints

If they're leaking then they're shot. That being said I've been running mine like that for a while... :anonymous:

    I need to replace mine...

My ball joints weren't leaking on my 96.

Cause they don't have everything on the website. something's you have to call to order..

Yeah, I ordered through their website. I research all the part numbers myself using a couple of FL based dealership websites.

    Here's one of them: http://www.villagetoyotaparts.com/default.aspx

It takes me more time but I've had fewer wrong parts ordered than the local dealership has done for me in the past.

So far, I have not found anything that won't pull up when searching using the part # once I have it.

eh what i do is i go to my local toyota dealer. get part #'s for exactly what i need. Call them and tell them #'s.. makes it easy on them and you won't be surprised with something you call one thing and they call it something else.

Only reason i do it is because camel back has best OEM prices that i have seen.

you my friend have not looked deep enough then.
For example. I'm pretty sure you can't get all the fuel injector o-rings and gaskets on the website.. Last time i checked anyways.

Edit: just realized you said you searched w/ the part #'s. I haven't tried doing that.. I look through all the diagrams and the list of all the parts. I'll try searching w/ part # next time.

    Bone stock. For now.
Ordered myself a new Hi Lift jack, with some 4XRAC mounts, and the offroad base. Trying to decide where to mount it. On the side, or towards the cab.

Yeah, I probably spend way too much time but I find the part number using the village toyota website then cross reference it using Google or the Camelback search. I get into trouble at times when a couple different part numbers come up and I have to figure out which is the correct one. Sometimes, they both are and I don't know until I find a superseding statement.

Haha well I didn't know about the village toyota site! Thanks that will definitely come in handy. It's kind of fun just going to my local dealer cause the salesmen love checking out my truck haha.

Got impatient and decided to bolt these on. Still need to get the upper bolts in but that'll happen tomorrow.
