I have a 32 round mag for my MP9 full size, and it doesn't feel quite right. I understand not liking the extensions.

I should have my .40 ammo in today, but only the 2 mags that came with my walther. Still about 450 rounds of 9mm in the closet ready to load into any of the 5 or 6 empty mags for my MP9. Both guns are always loaded, but not chambered. The 9 is loaded with some 147 grain +p hollow points from underwood.

Sooner or later, I may have to look into getting an actual concealable pistol. I would also like to get one with a 5" barrel. Anybody know if I can take a 5" barrel from MP9 pro and use that to replace the 4" without changing anything else?

$125 and they'll cut your frame down to a compact size.

I don't want to cut down what I already have. For the small size, I would rather get a small frame from the beginning. I do like the look of the .38 that Stubbs95Tacoma got a few pages back.

For anyone with an M&P, thinking about an Apex Tactical trigger kit, just do it already. Put one in my second M&P and it makes such an amazing difference. The combo of the new springs, new sear and new sear plunger make a huge difference. I never even shot this one before installing the trigger kit - that's how much I like the Apex kits.

If you're looking for a carry gun and happen to come along a really good deal on a full size, there's always that option.

Made by Promag, found here. I got mine at Cabelas and I think it was $35. If you have a full size MP40, Promag has a 25 round mag.

Carry the PPQ, I just started carrying mine IWB appendix and it's surprisingly comfortable and conceals well with shorts and a tshirt.
