This Weather has been weird lately. Mildest Winter I've seen here in the 12 years I've been here. Yet areas of lower 48 got pummeled repeatedly.

Ya, he offered it up for staying at the place. I'm thinking he'll be going to school so charging rent is pointless in that I think I'll be helping him anyway.

The houses are pretty affordable overall here and so is ground. There's ground within 10 miles of me for $850 an acre. I did check out a place recently for $8,500. Two bed one bath. Everything worked it was just in shitty shape.

I work at the gas turbine facilty here in the upstate.

 

We are at MEC's Port Neal for the Unit 3 outage. I was in Colorado doing an XCEL Unit last month.

I work for Turbo Filtration Corp.

 

I think my father in law worked at Port Neal like 30 years ago.
