I was yanking your chain a little. ;)

This Weather has been weird lately. Mildest Winter I've seen here in the 12 years I've been here. Yet areas of lower 48 got pummeled repeatedly.

    Makes you wonder :notsure:

Got the PM Rob, thanks for the input. I'm usually pretty good at that stuff but, at least in this case, I feel obligated and want to help my parents so he's kinda getting "whatever" I can do...

And thanks on the 4Runner compliment. Of course we have afternoon thunderstorms in the area so, it won't stay that way long. :D

Ya, he offered it up for staying at the place. I'm thinking he'll be going to school so charging rent is pointless in that I think I'll be helping him anyway.

The houses are pretty affordable overall here and so is ground. There's ground within 10 miles of me for $850 an acre. I did check out a place recently for $8,500. Two bed one bath. Everything worked it was just in shitty shape.

Thanks man. How have you been?

Thanks man! I'm liking it man. I wish I'd moved over to a 4Runner on my last purchase.

Joe, "whatever" will be more than enough. Can't hand it all to them, it's gotta hurt a little for them to get the full appreciation. ;)

Man, the more pics you post of that 4Runner, the more I like it. I wonder if my wife needs to know her next vehicle is going to be a 4Runner. :anonymous:

Yep, Palmer ... Decided we were buying a house here while still in England with orders to PCS. I work on Elmendorf. Came here Oct 2001, retired from active duty 1 Nov 2009; came back Civil Service in the same squadron I retired from on 9 Nov 2009. :D

    I'll make a guess ... Lazy Mountain?

Sorry I missed this earlier Rich. Doing good. You should go home to recuperate. I mean what's the point there alone if you're not tied to work? Hope I'm not out of line there.

 Welcome to our little group of night stalkers. ;)
My wife's from Hinton just north of there.

We are at MEC's Port Neal for the Unit 3 outage. I was in Colorado doing an XCEL Unit last month.

I work for Turbo Filtration Corp.
