I am not sure what kind of fish Moab houses. Whatever it is I'll be trying to get them with a fly :p. That is if I go which to be honest with you guys is unlikely. The wyoming trip sounds awesome.

i would imagine you could find some lake trout up on the mountain maybe...not sure what type of rivers/streams would be fishable round there....maybe the delores river could be home to some...colorado maybe too big

If fishing is the only factor Wyoming will beat Utah 100 percent of the time. (excluding section A/B/C of the green river.)

In moab i throw streamers, and big ass flys just so the fish can see what i am serving up. If you go to the colorado upstream of the green river / colorado river merger you will get some good clear water and deep pools for nymph-ing, But its nothing special.

Always on a fly rod. You could probably get away with some spinning 2. The bigger sections of the river have some big catfish 2...

It's hard to beat Wyoming fishing. But it's not the only factor...I do like hitting trails and would like to get the truck on some more technical trails. If I had to choose between the 2 activities fishing is always going to win :). I'd love to meet up with some of the guys again (Mark, Jason, and Mike). Just gonna depend on where I am at financially I guess. I'll be up farther up than before so the drive gets significantly longer and more expensive. I have quite a few other Wyoming wheeling trips planned which will be pretty heavy on gas. As I said, if I do go it will be a last minute "screw it" kinda decision. I'm a smaller group kinda guy but it would be cool to meet all of the guys going.

I am so used to camping in the Midwest, and there is firewood everywhere. Last year I didn't bring any, this year I am going to bring as much as I can.

Safe to assume we can pick up some bundled wood in town? I doubt many of us will have much spare bed space. The short bed is just big enuf for my sleeping bag
