So I hate to do this. But I think its a fair assessment.

I finally received my second set of decals today. I broke the first set when I tried to put them on so I contacted Adam about getting a second set. Here is the timeline of events.

    Ordered on 1/13/14
    Told was started on 1/20/14
Had some set backs due to supplies. Stuff happens
Told that it was being mailed out on 2/10/14
Actually didn't get sent out till 2/27/14
    Finally delivered on 3/4/14

The design was amazing. The final outcome was good but had some flaws. Instead of 1 piece the design on both sides, one of them was a total of 3 (which probably was because of the design and multiple colors). But this was a down fall for me since the Icon Shield came off and I had to free hand it. I thought it was on straight but its slightly tilted. I don't blame Adam for that, that was my own fault.

Overall I give the design aspect a solid A, Customer service B, communication C- at best.

Again, sorry for doing this Adam but I think people deserve to know the truth.

sorry you had issues putting them on, communication is not my best quality I admit that. Quality has been top notch though, it should have came off in one piece since it had a clear transfer layer on top off it.

patience is a virtue when applying decals

    Adam,

its okay the tilt isn't noticeable unless you look right on it.

This side I used water/soap which made it difficult when peeling the backing off because none of the letters wanted to stick to my truck. That's how the smaller circle got boogered up.
The other side I used just water everything stuck much easier.
Thanks for making these Adam, I really like the color combo on my truck.
