    My tent arrived with 3 holes in the aluminum skin. Didn't go all the way through both layers of aluminum, but you could see the foam insulation layer. Called up CVT and within 15 min Bobby called back. Sent the tent back and awaiting a new one. CVT's customer service has been great.

    And with Bobby at the helm, it will always be great. I'm doing fairly well selling these up here in AK for Bobby, and my sales schpiel ALWAYS includes CVT's commitment to customer service. It helps having started as a consumer and choosing the product I now sell out of all the other brands. Did you know an eezi-awn of the same exact dimension as the mount mckinley is $5500?!?!?! I don't think that comes with the annex either. Was blown away when I saw that.

    There is an aluminum hoop that supports the "overhang" above and around the ladder. The hoop fits down into a couple of hinged sockets when deployed, but how does it store? Do you have to remove it and store it inside the tent before folding or what?

    Doesn't seem to want to fold up properly unless the hoop is removed altogether. :confused:

    Yup, Slides right in along the mattress. Pop it out of the 2 "mounts" and it slides in right there.

    When did you order? I ordered second night so if anyone on the second day gets an email be sure to post please :D that way I know, in the ball park, when my will ship. Like I've said a billion times, no rush, still no bed rack and I think I about to drop some money into new rotors and pads :(

    Day One for me too! Last time I talked to them they stated that mine would be on the first container to come in. Don't know if I am close to the top or the bottom of the first day orders.
