    No codes. Someone posted a while back that pluging the manifold will make it run bad as the ECU takes into account the extra air from the PCV valve but I don't think that's correct :notsure:

    All I know is its running 100% better than the day before.

    Easy way to test would be to simply unplug and cap the manifold end and leave the crankcase end open and drive around for a little bit. No code=no worries.

    I should mention that we don't have emissions inspections here.

    It wont get picked up on emissions anyways :p PCV will just vent oily/gassy air into your engine bay and coat everything. I would recommend not running it like that for too long ;)

    Oh no, I'd definitely run an oil can catch if that were the case. I just mentioned that to test it out first. It would make mounting the catch much easier if I didn't have to worry about the return line.

    Only if the oil catch can is filled up to the brink then it might have a chance. If you check it like you regularly your engine oil level, you should be fine.

    Whats the deal with the version 2 of this can? It has a little air filter (breather)attached to the top. Is this much if any better then the version 1?[​IMG]

    What he said. ^^^^^ It will cause you check engine lights, due to a massive vacuum leak. The source of which is the filter.

    Thanks for the answers. Makes sense. Looks like some members have the V2 but using the supplied plug where the air filter goes. I gotta get me one of these things. I cant believe all the oil that you guys have gotten out of them.

    K & N filter, 275 70 17 Cooper AT3, OME Nitrocharger shocks, 884 Springs, Dakar leafs.
    Thanks for the info, I just did a pvc delete and put on a breather. All engines run better with a pvc delete, PVC = a built in vacuum leak that sucks oil. Truck runs better all ready. I thought the factories would have fix that by now But after your review I guess not. So I went old school and the truck runs better. All the vacuum should go to the throttle body for max power... crank case gas is for emmisions not power... now I have to decide what to do on the other side, I may put a catch can on the other side to put negitive pressure on the crank case, but I will most likley go to dual breathers....
