Probably a bit less, I might have a set or two to spare in the current run that will be done in the next couple weeks. I made a ton of spares but they all got scooped up.

Skids came in last night, thx Tyler.

So Im getting ready to prime them, what kind of primer do you guys like? I got some of the rustoleum bare metal stuff. Also, how crucial is it to get all the surface rust off? There are some hard to spots to get to.

So I spray it with that rustoleum rust inhibitor stuff till its black, then use rustolem primer x 2-3 coats, then do 2-3 coats of rustolem flatblack.
And on that note I just did this really quick this morning.

Skid fit perfectly tyler and love the way the logo came out. I may have to put a led behind it for when my rock lights are on

Too much to list, but enough to get me in trouble. Repeatedly.
I've had phenomenal success with a Por-15 base coat and two layers of a Herculiner topcoat. I brushed the Por-15 on pretty thick, then rolled the Herculiner on in perpendicular directions with a Rustoleum Restore deck-coating roller. It's been pretty bulletproof, withstanding moderate scrapes.

If I could get a good shot, I can show you why you need skids, I have a few dents in these, now to save up for a front bumper :D

To add to the coating recommendations... this stuff has been great for me. Clean the metal and let er rip, not sensitive to prep so much. It's on all 3 of my skids and bed rack.

The only DIY coating I've been satisfied with is monstaliner. It does require a bit more prep for instalation, but unlike other coatings I've used, it doesn't fade at all. I wouldnt use it on skids considering the abuse they receive, but it is great for sliders, bumpers, and racks.
