I shouldn't be going over, but I'll be really close to 5k miles on the oil.
Is the synthetic blend (I'm assuming part synthetic, part conventional) any better than conventional?

If I have time I might change it, and before I change it again I might put a little sea foam in the oil and see if I can see any crud come from the pan when I change it.

Side note, I'm thinking of switching to full synthetic next change, it's not that much more than the stuff we're already getting.

And my mileage should be going up this tank, I'm at 80 miles and I'm barely under 3/4's of a tank.

 

10k on your oil?? mine gets super black and nasty after 5k miles!

Yup, always have on every single vehicle I've had, dad does the same.

Could probably use something different being this far up North, but haven't had any problems with it.

I'm thinking of moving the sub to behind the seat, seen to many pictures lately of people wheeling and getting water on the floorboards.
Also thinking about replacing my door seal (it's torn up at the bottom), and when I replace my speakers going with marine rated ones.

 

Marine speakers sounds like a waste to me. If you get that much water in your cab, you've got many more problems to worry about than speakers.

 

I saw yesterday where someone (I think it was squeaky penguin) who had just the drivers side door partially submerged and his speaker was under water, but the water stopped at the trans tunnel.
