anybody know what this does?

    Small lift and a topper!
    That device is for recalibrating the turbo encabulator in the front side-shaft interlinkage between the transfer case and the rotostem. Its really easy to do (which is why they include the tool), but you need to make sure you perform the calibration once every 10,000 miles at least, or you could wear out the split bushings in the encabulator, and they aren't cheap to replace.

    yup it applies to all gens, every vehicle you should have to do this didnt you know ?

    Also don't forget to adjust the schwandoozle valve every 10,000 miles to help maintain optimum performance.

    Hmmm, so you think if I used thinner oil, my turn signals they will blink faster? This should help me turn faster too....No...?
