    I'm building my truck to go through water crossings (not very deep) but I'm sure sometime my truck will find itself in a position it wasn't meant to be.

    Snorkel is on the list, but I haven't seen any solutions for the ECU?

    Yup, back home the road floods about 2-3 times a year. I'd drive across it until it touched the cab. Not worth getting water in the cab and having to deal with that mess.

    Unless you have to go through deep water to get where you need to go, I don't see the point in it...

    Neither do I but if that's where the trail goes and it's not that much deeper than the bottom of the door......
    I wasn't worried about anything seizing or breaking, I just don't want to run to long on the oil.

    Yeah, it won't happen anytime soon unless I screw up or something unexpected happens.

    I've only pulled my interior once.

    He thought oil change intervals were a conspiracy to get people to spend money or something. If I remember it was a 3rz. 1st gen tacoma 2wd.

    Apparently people in Japan don't do regular maintenance, like changing oil, to their vehicles. They'll get to 200k just fine lol it's not pretty but they make it lol
