I don't think you cut too much in the rear. Are you planning on putting oversized flairs on or leaving as is?

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
Yeah fender cuts on these trucks do suck, glass is a way to go if you want it to look half way clean. I'm debating on removing the bed and building a tube bed with removable glass fenders for the trail. Or a custom bed like the red AllPro truck. The rig is looking good by the way we will have to hit the Con this summer!

I'm not sure yet. I thought about making some extenders for the stock flares to work but they'll flop all over the place. Maybe I'll make some tube fenders that follow the cut line and paint them body color. I don't know. I really like the look of big tires on a low truck and cutting the fenders just made the truck look taller. I hate it. Something will get done about it, I just don't know what yet. For now I'll deal with it

In any case, I got the old radiator out and the new one mocked up. It hangs below the frame a few inches less than the old one, I dig it! It'll be much easier to make a skid for it. Started building the steering box mount too. It's turning out pretty slick

Rear is done. Driver coilover in, air bumps tacked, air bump pads tacked, truck sitting on its own weight  Also got my light bar from Morgan at Sidetracked Offroad. Very happy with it! 40" radius single row bar. Just waiting on my low-pro mounts from Relentless :)
