I'm thinking about getting a new muffler installed next week. I was going to go with the Flowmaster 50 Delta Flow, but the muffler shop suggested that I go with a Flo Pro instead. I don't know any Tacoma owners that has one of these. Does anyone have any experience with these mufflers? I plan on single in/out with the stock pipes on my 06 double cab.

They probably have a lot of Flo pros in stock and trying to get rid of them. If it's a straight through muffler then it might sound pretty good. I say give it a try.

It is a straight through. They seem to be mostly on V8's. The shop owner said that they have on for V6's that doesn't give a lot of in cab noise. Some of the pluses that he mentioned were that the Flo Pro was all stainless steel and it had a lifetime warranty.

This is a very reputable shop in the Dallas/Ft Worth area that does a lot of custom exhaust work.

No experience on yota's but I did have one on a 99 Chevy. I had a little bit of resonance but I went with the mx 502 for more tone. It was a well constructed muffler and I was much happier with it than the flowmaster 40 that I replaced for it.
