3" Toytec spacers, Bilstein 5100s in the back with add a leaf and overloads removed.
The rears have been stuffed a lot. Taking my flares off really opened it up, no more hitting the flare screws

First off, no. A drop bracket lift will not be any different if you are fully stuffed.

You still running the sway bar? If so then it's no surprise that you never stuff the front tires.

I'm beginning to get confused about what your going for with your truck... Is this thing going to be for off roading, just crossing through deep water or what?

Not full stuff... You can get more out of it in the right situation.

The DB lift increases wheel travel? or are you talking width (when looking at the fender from the side of the truck) clearance?

Yeah, not gonna pull it unless I bump my coils to full preload, or get some skids and eibachs.

A good bit of everything, slick mud (Not deep unless its a desperate situation) anything I'd run into down south and on the west coast.

When (if) it's done it'll be snorkeled, fully locked, and armored, and maybe fully lit (I have a thing for lights)

When it was stock I was able to stuff it, but with the new leafs I don't think I can (at least not with them as new, and unbroken in as they are)

Wheel travel does not matter when it comes to stuffing the tire in the wheel well. More lift doesn't make your wheel well any bigger ;)

Ah, makes sense I guess. No sway bar will help you greatly

Yeah, I was thinking of the upper fender well being the contact point of the tire.

Yeah, I really want eibachs (for height, and ride) but the height might* be to much with no skids or bumpers.
I could've gotten eibachs instead of the SG, but I don't know if I want to put any more money in this suspension, heck, if that shock blows I might just replace it with a $30 auto zone shock and a 1.5'' spacer until I want/can spend the money on MT.

I ran Eibachs for 9 months with no extra weight...

Don't run different shocks with a spacer. Either buy another 5100 or replace both sides.

Yeah, I don't mind the cost of the CO's since they're adjustable/revalvable/rebuildable, but the cost of UCA's is just stupid.

Some day... Front can't keep up with the rear anymore on washboard roads haha

For now mine works though. Hopefully next big change for me will be gears and front locker or something...

Rode good? Didn't eat CV boots?
I'd like to get rid of the stock coils, especially since they're progressive spring rate.

I could pull the lift all together (rake would be a little goofy, but I could cope)

Hadn't read about the LR UCA's, thought they were only for 2nd gen, that's a decent price.

    Ok, thanks

They are? The coils I pulled off the 5100's were non-progressive and they came off a tacoma.

and blew 5 boots along the way. rode great though. The wheeling ate the boots up at 3.5"

I'd love a set of those. But at the same time that's not where my boots rip. Only the inner boots are torn on mine.
