    Funny thing is, the sand dunes are only like an hour away from me. There are some trails in North Park I can usually bust out sooner than those around Steamboat, like Silver Creek and Calamity Pass. But I guessing there will still be too much snow, and that's still 1.5 hours away.

    I guess I'm too used to living up here. One of my favorite quick trails around here is only like 5 minutes from downtown.

    This did remind me though, this summer some time I would like to organize a weekend run up here in anyone would like to join. Would probably start in Steamboat, go over Farwell, Hahns Peak, Big Red Park, Ellis Jeep Trail, camp in Hog Park, and hit the sand dunes/somehting else in Nort Park the next day.

    I have 720p video footage of that entire road from last Summer/Fall. A buddy of mine was testing the stability of his new dash cam, so you get to see my 4R getting bounced all over hell as well as the relative size of the boulders in the "road" Do you think that would help the cause?

    They can't close 7Mile, it's just gotten fun.
