Yeah but who says you bought it new?

Johnny, a buddy of mine had the original Haro Freestyler before it was called the Master (your pic). I'd kill for one of those to this day.

I had a few nice bikes..among others a Hutch Wind Styler and Diamond Back Strike Zone. Still hate myself for selling them.

I need to get my old Haro from my Mom's house. I had a Shredder Super Delux. I think it was a 1997 model.

I loved that bike, but it was SO heavy. I wanted a GT Performer, but for some reason decided to overbuy and get the Shredder...every time I see an older GT I still wish I went with that. I loved the frame design of those old bikes.

If I bought a Haro, I want old school..Master or Sport.

I have a GT Vertigo in the garage, pisses me off with the 48 spoke rims..and the Gyro. Prefer the ACS Rotor..

Get your pieces aligned properly, and clamp/magnet the shit out of them. Then give them a few spaced out tacks. Work a few short beads. Let it all cool. Then work the gaps, allowing for cool time.

The " magic" of the whole operation is finding that perfect operative setting that allows for proper puddling without burning through your stock. I recommend using inert gas over that flux core shit.

Got a welder might as well learn how to use it :D
My haro got stolen out of my shed. Got a dyno slammer after that bike.

I'm using flux because I don't have a bottle yet . It looks like shit but as long as I get a sticker I really don't care .;)

Predator was a Schwin right? I had a 16" Predator as my first bike. My late cousin's Hutch TrickStar is still at his parents house. I used to ride it when I was younger. That was a fun bike.

Yep, the freeform was their freestyle bike. I'd give most any amount for that Trick Star

You guys all had weird bikes...
I went through about 6 of these between age 12 and age 20, back when I was mountain biking semi-competitively.
I had a set of Shimano rapid-fire shifters that moved from bike to bike to bike as I bent forks or broke sprockets. At one point I had one functioning bike and 4 parts donor bikes in my parent's barn.
I also had quads like Lance Armstrong; by my Senior year in high school I had a hard time finding pants that would fit over my legs but weren't so loose at the waist that they'd fall down. I used to put on close to 3,000 miles a year just trail-riding and riding around town. I've lost a lot of the mass in my legs since I switched to gas-powered bikes 10 years ago, but I grabbed a pair of skinny jeans at the store the other day and didn't realize it until I couldn't get the waistband past my thighs. :anonymous:

You're just saying that because you learned how to ride on one of these:
