Just a lil heads up, some of you guys should be getting your tents shipped out soon. Just got off the phone with Bobby, and looks like he has some that just landed. Mines was actually in the group, but I ended up calling to cancel my order since it won't be here in time for a major trip I had planned. It sounds like he's working hard to get em out, and I kinda regret cancelling mines. Hope ya'll enjoy your tents.

How are you coming along with filling orders? Have you made it through the first day's orders yet?

I ordered a Mt. Bachelor and mat.

I had originally ordered it thinking it was gonna be here a month ago. 2 trips have gone and past, with one more in a week that it wont be here for. Then Im off to another state for an internship. So it wouldnt even be used till late fall. I originally was gonna use it for the 3 trips and another near the end of summer at the beach. A thousand smackers for one beach trip is quite a bit, when spread across 4 trips it seemed more reasonable to get it. Either way I already made other arrangements at this point.

I just want to say that although I cancelled my order, it was a pleasure to speak to Bobby personally. Its very hard to find companies that find the time to actually talk to the customer. While I was on the phone with Bobby, I could hear the phones ringing in the background nonstop. In the future if I choose to order another RTT I will probably be going with CVT solely based on how Bobby handles his business. It was just unfortunate that the tent wont actually make it in time for me to use it much this year.

Just a warning for you guys about YRC. I have a skid of wheels coming from West coast and it is now delayed going on 8th day. Coincidently every time I email customer service about the delay, it immediately gets moved and tracking resumes again. First time it sat in Indiana for 4 days, now it sat in Ohio since Sunday. Just emailed them @ 805am and just got a response back @ 845am and now it's en route to Harrisburg pa. With a promise to try and get it to me tomorrow. Lol, we'll see.
