Yeah, will be our first time out there. I've seen most of y'alls pics and videos, we just need some place close with moderate trails.

There are a few pretty challenging areas at The Slab in Montevallo. Just outside of Birmingham really. I enjoy our trips there, though last time the rain had the river way too high to really play in.

How does June 14th at Stoney Lonesome sound? Seemed like most would be a lot better off to meet sometime in June so somebody has to set a date.

I may be able to make it on that date. I don't foresee anything getting in the way. I just need to make sure to get the gears replaced in the front before then! lol.

Then its up to him. If he thinks he can make it on the 21st we can go with that if its okay with everybody else. If he can't make it, then we'll just go with whatever works for everyone else.

65 south, exit shelby county airport then turn left, take a right at the T (Hwy 22), then take another right at the next T (county road 10), follow the 10 for about 5 miles, then take a right on county road 251 and when you hit dirt, you're there. There will be a couple hairpin turns right before 251.

Very little cell service out there. FYI

I heard the Slab was now privately owned and they weren't allowing any riding. Does anyone know if this is true?

Buddy of mine was there riding just a week ago. It's a national wildlife reserve, so it's unlikely that it's been sold, but I guess you can't really put anything past Alabama.
