There SHOULD be holes to mount your headrests in the seat BOTTOM after folding them forward.

Nope. I leave the backseats in my garage just If I know I will need the extra space which only happens a few times a year.

Well, that's true, but I did not know that TRD cloth =/= SR5 cloth. What is the difference?

I know TRD is not exclusively leather, but assumed that's what he had, TRD leather.

Oh okay, I thought you meant permanently. How much do those suckers weigh?

Do you have any more/bigger pics of your truck? Looks nice  I don't see many on TW with those decals you have.

I tend to keep my back seats down as I probably am in my vehicle alone 95% of the time. The downside I've found is whatever is kept back there constantly slides side to side as I'm driving. I've been considering surfacing the backs of the rear seats with some thin, glue backed sheets of rubber. Can't decide, however, whether I want to install a full sheet for each back or cut strips to insert between each ridged section on the panels. Does anyone have any other suggestions for material or application?

No ideas for you, but I would like a thread about it! I think one full sheet would look better, as opposed to lining up the single lines. Plus, glue might show depending on what you use.

And if you did strips, I think they should be thick strips.

I'm sorry to triple post, but actually, one full sheet will not be flush given the ridges that are already there. Strips will look better.

Am I the only one who took the headrests out completely? I think I did that 2 days after I bought the truck. Much better visually and easier to fold the seats down.

OZ and I talked about this earlier, I kept them out because I could see a lot better but like he said, it's dangerous for anyone riding in the back.

As I mentioned, I imagine it very uncomfortable to ride with no headrest too, so I wouldn't make passengers do that. I keep the headrests in the backseat.

Get a cheap throw rug with a rubber backing and lay it on top.

Another option is some of the non-abrasive anti-slip pool grip tape (not sandpaper like skate/general grip tape. I bet laying a few pieces of that down would stop sliding.

Someone posted plasti-dip above but I'd imagine after only a couple rides, that stuff would be all torn up, and be money down the toilet. Just loading and unloading the back would end up with torn up dip.

I keep my seats folded down all the time, and currently just have bungie cords to keep crap from sliding. I feed one end of the bungie to either the hook on the metal seat bottoms or to the folding hinge at the floor, and the other end to the hooks in/around the plastic bins.

I also don't have rear passengers 95% of the time, but it makes re-situating the back a minor pain in the ass when a 3+ people are riding with me.

I folded my back seats down the day I bought the truck,m and so far, they've never gone back up. There's a dog bed back there now.

VV Just like the picture. I had Wet Okole seat covers and those holes were still accessible.

My 2007 had those holes so they at least went back that far. The newer ones have different rear headrests so things might be different now.
