I got an AFM-cone filter adapter from Pepboys and pieced together an intake for my 22re with an AFE filter. I can't test it til I fix some other crap, but paired with a good exhaust that's about all you can do to wake it up without building the motor.

Yeah been researching on YotaTech and iH8TMUD... several 3VZE guys reporting good results with the 7MGE airflow meter and straight 3" intake tube mods. There really aren't many mods for the 3VZE that really bring in much more power/torque; most only make it marginally better.

After I get her inhaling better, I'll open up her exhale side and be almost done... I've heard of a Ford Taurus 2 speed electric fan mod to remove the mechanical stock one, reducing engine load... need to do more research on that one.

I'm not looking to build a "fast" 3VZE... just give it some caffiene and wake it up.

A lot of the guys here, myself included, did the Firestone Lifetime Alignment... I use the shop in Yorktown on Hwy17, with no issues.
I also let them do the tire balance while they got it up there.

I'm at the point of going to the next city council meeting and raising holy fucking hell. I've got one house where the motherfuckers stay drunk and deal drugs and fight almost everyday then I've got 2 full of welfare rats that have no concept of don't trespass and don't touch my shit, and then I've got the house of Somalian refuges who called me a kafir when they cut through my yard and I told them to get lost.

Surrounded by 200k and up homes and we're being slowly infiltrated by slum lords happy to take their vouchers and ignore neighbor complaints. I hate Hampton, should've moved to York County when I had the chance.

Mod day at my place is looking doubtful. In the icu with 2 yo who decided tbe eat laundry detergent. He is ok but dont want to stress wife out with ppl over. If no one else can host, ill probably do my leafs in the morning and test ride them to your place to help with your brakes and cvs if that works for you.

Sounds good to me. Brent you thinking of wrenching on Saturday? If so I could roll to your house and hang out. You know my place is pretty small.
