    And its 102 in the middle of Vista it my house right now..but calm at the moment unlike yesterday..still sketchy though.

    Lots of dead stuff from the lack of rain the past few years..that can be bad.

    Edit: just as I say calm a damn huge gust of fast moving air comes over!! Perfect.

    Pendelton, on fire, Cbad on fire, heading toward Vista, now a new fire at 15 and the 76, now Escondido has hot spots and pendelton looks out of control, I can barely see NE Vista's hills anymore due to smoke

    Oh shit, I can see 3 fires all around from my roof!! They are all moving in and the air just changed direction and picked up again..

    So now its 106 degrees here, and wind picked up and keeps shifting about every few minutes, there is fire on pretty much 4 sides now.

    Wind is going in circles keeping all the fires going, and flaring up in places already burned coming back.

    Crazy shit going down today. I was working on camp pend today. I-5 was closed both ways due to a big rig fire by the check point. Back gate at camp pend on fire and moving towards the military housing by the old hospital. Finally got off the base at Vandergrift gate and there was a fire in the water canal at n river road and Vandergrift. Then C'bad, 76 & 15, and Escondido?! WTF? I would suggest that if you are in any of these areas to make sure you have gas in your cars and are somewhat ready to leave your place of residence. Hope everybody stays safe as this is no joke!
