I already have 5 leafs Cody... Not sure about stacking another 3 leafs just to get more lift when all I'm looking for is just "1" inch

 

I might have some Aluminum blocks close to the size needed, they're just over 2" tall though, but that's minor.

The bilsteins make my ride a shit ton better cuz now i have all my travel back lol!

 

General question: Plan on trimming the fenders with the Dremmel Iven let me borrow. Should I mask the cut line with painters tape for a better visual line? Or free form it...

they should still be in my truck, i'll measure tomorrow at work.

Kaleo would still need a spacer for his setup. Even with the standard flip kit and superbumps.

I don't think a 3 leaf AAL is the same as a Dakar replacement pack..

 

what leafs you running? could also go shackles

I'd tape it. Less of a chance of paint chipping or getting scratched.

2nd gen shackles mounted backwards, er, upside down..

 

Geez... How big were the over dimensions of the blocks? 2 inches by ? The one inch brackets don't look that big over all. Maybe 1 inch tall by 3 x 5 yeah? Not sure of the leaf spring width without measuring...

all I know is I can take a shackle, a few jack stands and a jack and be all

Yeah inverted is better for travel, but not lift.. Although longer shackles give you more flex and a lower spring rate.. Ups and downs

 

I think this guy figured it out...

 

not downtravel though. Even the LT guys run normal style shackles, albeit above-frame footlongs
