    Oh boy...
ill see if my headlight fits in my oven then :(

if mine fit in my oven its still a go at my house. i need to fix my projectors already. i miss having black headlights already and my halo's :D

hey if kaleo and i can fix 3.5 vehicles in one day we can do a large set of headlights in a day :p

granted the hard job was kaleo's and counts as probably a .25 instead of a .5 because of failure......... and the next day we barely got it done in time

thats why im gunna use rubber gloves this time. When i did my mazda it was super easy but i did a stupid thing by putting them back together way too soon so i got hazy headlights. wont make that mistake twice. Oh and i never had any leak or moisture when i got mine back together.

i was wondering how it would turn out. i bet its way better than my ride now :( i need new coilovers. over these procrap ones

     what a idiot

it fascinates me how many people throw SFA's on their trucks, without front driveshafts

4.5" bumpstop is good for now. Wheelers super bumps are about 4.5" with the pedestol.

My friend with a Dodge 2500 str8 axle 10" lift was running like that for a while cuz he had to make a stronger front shaft that could handle that angle. I think he said he paid $1500. for it.

SA is the only way to lift that high without a shitton of alignment headaches

A XXXXXL travel that high would have to have 10' control arms..

but a lot of guys see that height as function

My truck's been called stupid and "too low" to wheel before

"Brah, no can being that low. Gotta get high so you can ramble harder"

There's too much hate going either way on these forums.
He can go into mud pits that would swallow our trucks! Maybe he just shouldn't have thought he was Big foot.

you see, if I were to cut up my taco, there wouldn't be a front driveshaft(much less a transfer case) for awhile. It would be higher and have a cool looking straight front, but thats it. Higher means I can't see as far ahead on the trail either.
But as it is I already have multiple smashes on the rocker, if I wanted to run 33s I can do it now, and I need to save money.
Theres many instances why me or friends of mine couldn't run front driveshafts. Some need to cut there crossmembers, some need extend the driveshafts and others just need to find the right parts to make a driveshaft work. For awhile my friend ran around with his straight front colorado without a front driveshaft, but it still made it many places.
Also, if you lift it higher, run bigger tires, then you can float on the sand and bury your truck in the water. amirite?

yeah im still Ready for our BHLM day but going to have to be my house and i want to see if i can make some kind of cardboard bucket that our lights can fit in that can just slide in and out of my oven. just gotta drop the tray one more notch too.

i run all kinds of data.... currently running 8 things on each page but its too cluttered so i might leave it at 6 or maybe even go down to 4.

and for lifting trucks that high. i like it to a certain extent. i would never go as high as my younger brothers powerstroke. i actually think 8 inches or 9 inches is enough for my uses. but back on kauai most guys cant fit the right size tires without that kind of lift and for those that have seen powerlines. no one ever has made it though there with anything less than 6. drop bracket not sure after driving my truck probably not... but streight axle most definitely. anyway bla bla bla i had my 2 cents thrown out so to each his own really.
