    Baby Doc is going to Kansas City(Kansas side). At some point he has to go north whether its in oklahoma or before not as much difference because there are other main roads that go there. I am going to sw missouri, I would have to go around because the tolls are the only direct route for me.

    My dad? Yes he will spend $50 to save $15. I think pulling my trailer its around $35 each way. but the spend limit is 75 and let 'er fly. $35 wont touch the fuel, not to mention the time for me to go to arkansas or thru po-dunk kansas.

    This is the route I'm taking its 1562 miles 23 hours 45 mind and avoids tolls

    I meant half the roads in arizona and kansas you are on are 55mph 60 at best and stop in towns with curves. I just stick to the interstate. Once you leave phoenix its 75mph speed limit until you would turn at OKC and go to wichita.

    The two hotel stops throw it off a little but screw 55 I'll be running 75-80 except in a few areas in AZ I know the patrol likes to sit at night waiting for lead foots like me.

    I've got TN plates cause I'm from Chattanooga but my wife from Olathe. Take it they just don't like Californians out there huh?

    I got pulled over in texas for 78 in 75 cop had the ticket written and asked for my ID. It was a missouri license but matched the ca registration. his response "you from missouri" I said " yes sir" he replied "Sorry son, keep it at 75 thats plenty fast". handed my license back and tore up the ticket.

    Looking for a cheap grease gun, preferably with a flexible hose. Any thoughts of where to get one?
    Should I look at the full-size or mini (3 OZ) guns? It'll be for lubing the driveshafts on my truck.

    I think you have to follow the Police to the court in Texas were you will be hung by the neck until dead if caught for speeding and thats only a misdemeanor..

    Tomorrow after work so probably like 4-5 and praying to god I beat traffic. If I see that it's pretty back up on my way home I'm just gonna take a nap and go a little later that evening. Plan is to drive about 6 hours tomorrow to chandler AZ. Then 13 hours Saturday to right outside Wichita and the remaining 5-6 hours on Sunday.

    If you referring to the CSUSM and Harmony grove fires then kinda, since they are only separated by 1000s of acres of dying brush..

    Is there another one to worry about now?

    Unless you want to space it out, have you thought of leaving early saturday morning. You would beat all traffic, save a hotel and still get there sun.
