I paid $100 for the pair. It pained me they were that much honestly. If you buy the switch, you will see what I mean. It's OEM not, but not OEM feel. I ended up cutting up some of the wiring to have it work how I want. I used KC Daylighters, so the relay has 2 wires running from it (power and signal). The switch is set up such that both the ON and ILLUMINATION LEDs are tied into one signal. I ended up splitting it apart so that the LED would illuminate when the light was on, but not work with normal dash illumination. I found the illumination LED to be far, far too bright.

That being said, I'd get em again.

$50 each seems like a somewhat fair cost. I totally know what you mean though.

Is there any specific part number or serial number for the switch? Can't seem to find them online anywhere and my friend wants to get one for his 2014 tacoma.

I bought them from TundraPart...apparently they have since gone out of business as their website is down. I wish I had a better lead for you...you might want to try eBay fog lamp kits for Tundras as I think they use the same switch, but I can't be 100% sure.

There was a rubber plug on the upper driver's side of the firewall that I poked a hole through and routed all of my wiring.

To remove the blanks and place the switches you do not need to remove the dash. However, to route the wires easier, I did remove the center console which also allowed me a way to ground everything correctly. I didn't touch anything in the dash itself. The console isn't that difficult to remove once you've gotten the hang of it.

    Good luck!

I can't get the Amazon link to imbed but it says it will work for the 15's. Are they wrong? Also not clear if it fits the center console or the left side.
