Went with a wider rim with a more aggressive offset that was a lot easier to clean, the chrome had grown on me but the plan was to powdercoat gloss black and I may still do that in the future! Love these wheels because I got. Good deal and they are discontinued which means no other X will have them, hopefully!

 

Solid reasoning. I do like the looks of your chrome ones more.. the Cragar style. if they were just black like you said. I am fully onboard with your plan

I have the AFE cat back exhaust for a dcsb I love it so I would not want to trade but you should sell it quick at that price

 

That's what I am hoping, loosing money on it but need a CBE, if not I'll hack it up and make a the most expensive custom TRD CBE with a weld in muffler my current exhaust is freaking loud as He!! have a muffler delete with a rear cat delete, sounded nice till I added the DT y pipe!

im not avoiding it on purpose believe me.. I want it all installed too. just have to wait till everything calms down and my wallet cools off.

BUT.. i have a nice collection of goodies that will be going in, coils, leafs, headers, muffler, new piping.. just need the time and monies

Sounds great till about 2400 then doesn't sound good untli 3600, I don't get along with the rasp, it needs to go to .......... Enter 4 letter word. The TRD got rid of it but was way to quite for my taste!

but yeah i agree. I hated the drone on my 06 Taco with the dual Flowmaster 40.. so im making sure i avoid the rasp and drone this time around. so far so good. we will see with this new stuff.
