No doubt! well too bad you can't push it to mid Sept... I'm planning a 4-5 day trip from 4 Corners to Wyoming over 7 passes in Colorado... be a nice end to that summer ;-)

Any suggestions on what kind of adhesive I should use to reattach this?

3m tape probably but which one.

So my plan is as follows I think

23 May leave Denver around 2pm... arrive at top of the world at 7 pm camp.

24 May drive down to Elephant Hill, then run Lock Hart Basin back to Moab, camp at AREA BFE

25 May Early start White Rim Trail all day Camp at Area BFE

26 May Metal Masher Camp at Area BFE

27 May... TBD Camp at Kokopelli Trail head

28 May early start Kokopelli Trail Camp somewhere between start and end

29 May Kokopelli Camp somewhere between start and end

30 May Kokopelli hopefully done around noon... maybe hit a short trail in the afternoon Camp at AREA BFE

31 May TBD Camp at AREA BFE

1 June Top of the World, then drive home.

It should just pop back in without adhesive unless you broke it. In that case, I used double-sided 3M foam tape.

not sure... depends on what it looks like... but probably the short cut... no sliders and open/open... but if you're gonna be there I'll be more than willing to take pics of you doing it

    Will do.

It's a replacement so it has all the tabs, but it will rattle like crazy with out an adhesive. The original one had an adhesive on it.

I'm still game as long as we can do our best to do it in 2 days.

Bob, didn't you just run parts of it? What's your thoughts on how long it will take?
