Here's how the list reads currently, those with an * have confirmed the new time. Anyone have mobile #'s or alternate means of contact for those on the list that haven't yet confirmed the new time? We've got a couple of hours yet so perhaps once they wake up and have their morning coffee they'll check the events thread and see the change. I know BDN was a maybe so not sure if this time shift helps him or not but I guess we shall see.

Slight change of plans for lunch tomorrow. My wife won't be making it (I know, you're stuck with me now and no her to keep me in check) and we're meeting an hour earlier at noon. Works for everyone?

Welcome to my life... this Thursday meet for me is always fluid so y'all are just along for the ride. :D

Assuming you text 82 that just leaves BDN who was a maybe anyway so we're up to speed. Might want to exchange mobile #'s too for future such endeavors. I've got a few people's mobile # on TW but none of them are coming to today's meet.

I used a warm weekend in March 2022 to finally install my brand new from old stock 2000 4Runner driver's seat. $800 directly from the factory in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan.
Once again, I wanted to come down there for this week's installment of the Meat-A-Palooza but couldn't get away. How is Dicky's anyway? I've never been there. Decent sized portions for $10?

I got a pound of meat for 12 bucks. Rudy's in the springs is a better deal as is nordys but the BBQ is tasty!

The key is to get the Thursday special for $7.99 which is two meats, two sides, bread and a huge ass drink all topped off with all the free BBQ sauce and ice cream you can eat. Oh, and the silver plastic wear is a nice touch. Makes me feel fancy.

You're doing it wrong. Thursday special is what the ballers do. Bee Tee Dubs, Rudy's is better 'que I think and their sides are much better. Nordy's is just better food all the way around but it also costs more. The deal is the lunch buffet but I swear the price goes up monthly on it now. IMO, Dickey's is the McDonald's of BBQ but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Just don't go in expecting amazing 'que if you consider yourself a 'que connoisseur and you won't be let down just like you don't expect McDonald's to compete with the best burgers you've ever eaten from fancy places.
