He said he would of bought another tacoma but nothing major has changed since 05 and he didn't want to stare at the same dash lol .

Shrug. The GF's Honda is rated at 35mpg and she's averaging 39 with it, and she's not a feather foot. I could see 25mpg as feasible for a new truck on a sustained highway run, especially if he's keeping it close to the posted limit.

Seems like it's being blown out of proportion to me.
On the one hand he's an elected official and is expected to hold himself to a certain standard.
On the other hand, it was a private conversation on his own time.
I don't agree with his choice of words, but I do support his constitutional right to say whatever the hell he thinks about whoever the hell he wants.
I think these people need to lighten up.

Yeah but, Rt 3 from Cape Cod to Boston means you're either going 80 or 10, usually within seconds of each other. Not many roads in this state that you're able to hold the posted limit due to the abundance of classic Masshole drivers.

And.... it worked! I never opened my mouth about it being aftermarket and they installed it. Sullivan tire in Boston. Did good work

This is true. When I rode the Ninjette out there years ago the stretch between Rhode Island and Cape Cod was the most alarming to ride.

^well its still there. Haha. But its been good. Havnt really used it yet to pull anyone or be pulled by anyone. I would just assume use the D ring hitch i bought for any of that. I went wheeling at All Wheels with ENH last weekend but didnt bang it on anything.

where I lived on the east of FL, there was a FPL plant that attracted the Manatees by the hundreds. I guess they like the warm discharged water going back into the Intercoastal Waterway. The water warms up in those canals faster then the main waterways.
