Some more pics for a clearer idea of where it's going -

I just can't seem to picture how I'm gonna fit braces length-wise to the stinger. (Would be nice to have, but probably not necessary.)

Back up on jack stands. This time it's around ride height and the jackstands won't be in the way of the links this time.

Thanks man! I hope it works out okay, considering it was installed before shocks, radiator, turbo, etc.

    Also something worth posting -

I replaced the tcase's front output flange with a larger one that I pulled from the rear output on one of my spare tcases. I'll be able to run CVs front and rear now.

I should drink more often.

    My drinking welds -

    [IMG]P1290647 by wyo_taco45, on Flickr

Fits better than what I originally had.

    [IMG]P1290651 by wyo_taco45, on Flickr

I'm not surprised though... my bowling and golfing are better when I've been drinking too.

I'd keep going, but I polished off the whole bottle.

I like the idea of doing the radiator and IC on that slant with dual pusher e fans perhaps.

Yeah that's the idea, at least for the radiator anyway. Gonna cram as big a radiator as I can fit. Same with the intercooler, but I don't want to block the airflow to the radiator too much.

The oil cooler/filters will likely be mounted remotely, and probably in the extra cab portion behind the passenger seat.

Any idea if a intercooler core size of 24"x12" is substantial enough?
