    $600 for shop labor...... My truck is my DD and I have a wife and twin 18mo old girls that compete for all the time that I'm not working, or doing yard work, or any of the other thousand things that need to be done. Taking two days to work on my truck wasn't an option for me. Could I have done it myself? 100% confident that I could have. It was worth getting the job done in the manner it was for the price I paid. I provided all the parts.

    Everything on my truck is black now except for my exhaust tips and grille emblem. Thinkin about doin the red accents and getting new badges with red in them. Look sick with my orange halos, may even switch all my blue leds inside on gauges and shifter and dash red too

    Complete OME kit w/ 881's and dakars. All-Pro Sliders, CB, HAM Radio and various other minor stuff.
    Just tested my OEM suspension flex at the off road park. Got past 25 with 4 tires on the ground with swaybar still attached :(

    Dang I need an upgrade.

    There's a lot of leverage on those side tubes. Can you come down on the top of the frame instead?

    Chrome but I guess I'm in the minority. Don't hang me but I prefer stock for most things based purely on looks. The exception to this would be height and tires/wheels

    Sorry I just caught up with it. They basically said the same thing I was thinking. Can you drop to the top of the frame (maybe farther back? I don't know shit about steering boxes). If not I would do a plate mount off the side of the frame with a tube gusset. Plate coming off the top will give you a lot of surface area connected to the top and sides of the frame. Something like this:
