So I picked up a PL5300 off of eBay and turns out one of the holes has practically no threads.

Anyway, the seller has sent another one my way for no charge and doesn't want/need the first one back since apparently he's getting reimbursed by Pop & Lock, I guess he's a vendor.

I'm sure someone out there can either get some threads in there and use it as intended or rig something up to install it. Either way it's yours for $35 shipped, that's about half price.

As you can see, there's a lack of threads.

    The other hole is fine.

The smudges under the handle are just a bit of left over glue from when I peeled of the Pop & Lock stick, that thing would look tacky on the truck.

Comes just as it would right out of the box, besides the thread issue. I tossed the instructions but it's really straight forward. I could also just throw in the instructions I get when my replacement comes within the next couple days.

looks like the threads are there, just stripped out....clean them up with a tap set and you'd be good to go.

not to offend, but i think $35 is too much seeing as you are out nothing, and the person receiving the unit has to fix what someone else screwed (LOL) up!

I thought $35 was fair since there's nothing else wrong with it, I just don't have the tools or know-how on how to fix it. I might as well try to make a couple bucks off of it and someone else can get a handle at half price.

Yeah it's for an '09 and is designed to work with that camera. The handle itself will fit any of the 2nd Gen trucks and I was going to mod it to fix my Kenwood camera.
