yeah i prefer the way it drives off road too, even if you watch that edmunds review that someone put up they say that the tacoma out performed the frontier in the sand but they still gave the win to nissan. Not saying the frontier is bad just saying that I wouldnt be getting rid of my taco for one anytime soon, my love is too strong

Well, 0-100 may be a bit much...they are both trucks after all......Maybe 0-60. My buddy and I went to 70, but he was flashing his lights at me as to say "I give"..

He did talk a bunch of crap about how good his truck was, up until we had our little comparo.

0-70 sounds fair, however I am willing to go 0-100 anyday against a frontier.

He couldn't talk crap once it was proven. Like I said actions speak louder than words.

he still jokes around, and there has been a couple times when I asked him if he wants to go again, and he says "oh no....". One guy on a job heard him talking his shit, and asked "Is the Frontier really that much better off road, and on?". My buddy said "No way. His Tacoma is much better, I just like stiring the pot". It was nice to hear him confess to a third party.

    whats your question?
Luke and chris were talking about a compar. between the fronty and the taco. I stated that TY had a 3.3, not the 4.0. i am a member on clubfrontier as well, and as a reference i posted ty's sig stating that his truck is an 04 which has the 3.3. no comparison at all for the 4.0 tacoma.

Well I was talking about a compar with the taco and the frontier but making it even per the stats. I wouldn't even waste my gas against a 3.3 it would be pointless. The 3.4 taco vs. the 3.3 would be fair per stats.

The SC 3.3 is rated at around 210 at the crank, vs the Tacoma putting 220 or so to the tires. The Tacoma smacks it.

Spanks, smacks....whatever you like. Whatever, the Nissan is the Tacomas bitch. When I had my 2.7 with the SC, one of the guys at the dyno shop mentioned I was putting down a bit more power than the Nissan 3.3 SC. to the tires. :D

I just ripped a huge one and my cat went flying out of my room.

It reminded me of a Nissan...
