    Possibly looking into a 2014 4runner
4 x 4 and would like the sunroof.

Curious to see what people paid for theirs and what options?

I am thinking 4runners hold their value really well like tacomas, so it's probably worth buying new over used right?

    Thanks in advanced

5100 set to max, pending LSD and TRD CAI
ToyotaNation.com has a dedicated 4Runner section; could get more responds on pricing there.

    Jaime,

After some research I just bought one. The resale on a 4Runner is good but, not as good as that of the Tacoma.

Here in the Golf States Area you can buy them for right at invoice. www.kbb.com was/is pretty close to the on invoice price but, didn't reflect the total of 3% factory hold back. Which with the 4Runner cost is a decent amout of cash. The hold back is comes in two parts, one is a financial hold back of 1% the other a purchase hold back of 2%. If you deal right, here anyway, you can get into the hold back. Of course if you're doing a dealer trade to get exactly what you want, all bets are off because most dealer the give the vehicle up keep the hold back on that specific unit.

    Thanks man.

Seems like the 4runners are more expensive. Especially 4 x 4 with any add ons

Just got to figure out if I want another tacoma or if I want to get a 4runner this time around.

I think most companies will total at around 80% or so.

Mine 4Runner is a 4x4 and now that I've had it a few weeks I wish I'd made the trade sooner.

The lowest invoice for a 4x4 Limited I was able to find was $40,788. Pretty much had everything I wanted in the base Limited package. I didn't want running boards and the dogs didn't want the 3rd row seat so...I got one a stripped as I could though it still has shit I don't need like remote start etc...

    Dang 40,000

I was looking at a 4 x 4 as long as it has a sunroof and navigation. Maybe the trail edition

    Ya the Trail is cool.

I really didn't need the Trail in terms of certain equipment it came with and really didn't want the seat material they used (I would have been okay with cloth) but, with dogs I was thinking leather was the easy way out. Had them both inside on day 1 (for the 4Runner) and the clean up was nice.

To get the roof, which I wanted, it had to be the Trail Premium and it only comes with synthetic leather, fake leather whatever Toyota calls it.

Oh and it was stickering within 5 or 6k so...

Is the trail model just suspension?

If equipped with it, it has the KDSS (which is really nice), crawl control, multi terrain select and a manual xfer case. Do difference in suspension between SR5 and Trail that I know of.
